Charity Chair
Stephen brings extensive professional expertise in business management, surveyance, and community-oriented services, grounded in a long-standing commitment to both commercial and local organisations across the North of England. He applies his knowledge to support sustainable growth, practical solutions, and initiatives that strengthen communities, combining strategic insight with a dedication to the people and places he serves.

Trustee
Drew Dalton is the Deputy Chair of the Board of Trustees at Pride Action North (PAN), bringing more than 20 years’ experience in education, charity leadership, research, and LGBTQIA+ advocacy. He is CEO of ReportOUT and has worked across academic, community, and international spaces to promote human rights, social justice, and inclusion. Drew’s expertise in strategic leadership, research, and community engagement supports PAN’s mission to create inclusive and welcoming environments for LGBTQIA+ people across the North of England and beyond.

Service Manager
Rachel Robson manages the Link Work and Education Services at Pride Action North (PAN), where she facilitates and oversees groups and delivers personalised support to service users with complex needs. She is PAN’s Deputy Safeguarding Lead and brings extensive experience in education, youth work and professional training, supporting both individuals and wider teams. In addition, she serves as Chair of the Governing Body at Bensham Grove Nursery School, guiding strategic oversight and inclusive practice to benefit children, families, and the local community, and as Acting Chair of Trustees at Be, leading the Board of Trustees and providing strategic oversight.

Link Worker
August Thompson joined Pride Action North (PAN) in July 2024 and now works as a Link Worker, delivering one-to-one support and group sessions. They primarily support adults across Tyne and Wear and Northumberland, coordinating the monthly 18+ Ashington group. August brings experience in youth work and community engagement, creating safe, inclusive spaces where participants feel supported, heard, and empowered.

Trustee
Ashley Trigg (they/them) is a Trustee at Pride Action North (PAN), where they bring a strong background in data and technology within the finance sector. In addition to their work at PAN, Ashley serves as Chair of Beyond Reflections, a charity providing support to trans communities, and contributes to professional development and inclusion through active roles with the British Computer Society, sitting on its Community Board, Early Careers Executive, and Inclusion Committee. Their combined expertise in tech, governance, and inclusion helps strengthen PAN’s strategic direction and its support for LGBTQIA+ people across the North of England.
