Drop-in and join a member of our Wellbeing team for a chat, cuppa and chocolate biscuit at Briardale House, in Blyth. If you prefer, you can recommend an activity with our team member.

(Second Tuesday of the month, 11am-12pm)

The Wellbeing Lounge at our main location at Ashington Workspace hosts the monthly drop-in session where you’re welcome to chat with members of our Wellbeing team while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee – and more biscuits! Join in the conversation with the sessions having monthly themes and topics.

(Every Friday excluding Bank Holidays, 6pm-8pm)

Children aged from five to 12 are invited to come along to the free youth club sessions on Friday evenings at East Bedlington Community Centre. A range of activities including arts, crafts, gaming, board games, laughter, chatter and even a tuck shop are available.

(Last Saturday of the month, 11am-12pm)

Meet other members of the LGBTQIA+ community in the stunning surroundings of The Alnwick Garden. A friendly member of the Pride Action North will meet you at the entrance to the Garden from 10.30am before enjoying a morning of casual conversation. Call ahead to the contact details of attendees to ensure you can find them on the day. The meet-up includes FREE entry to The Alnwick Garden worth £17.60, so enjoy the grandeur of the Garden for the rest of the day after the meet-up.

(Bi-monthly – every two months – on Saturdays), 2pm-5.30pm

Every other month, in partnership with Women4Women, a meet-up for women only (trans inclusive) is held for females within the LGBTQIA+ community. The social event is held at Prohibition on Pink Lane, in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
