In 2023 alone, we have delivered our training and workshops to hundreds of professionals.

These include Youth and Community Workers, Designated Safeguarding Leads, School Nurses, Adopters and Foster Carers, Registered Childcare Officers, Advocates, Senior Managers in Fire Services, Advocates, the list goes on.

Why choose us?

Everyday, PAN staff work with LGBTQIA+ people across the North. It’s our job to share our skills, knowledge and experience so that LGBQTIA+ people can live their lives free from discrimination, prejudice and receive the support that they deserve.

All staff at PAN have extensive knowledge and lived experience and because we work with children and vulnerable adults

INCLUSIVITY WORKSHOP

We are in 2023 and, while we would have hoped to have seen and end to all kinds of discrimination, it still sadly exists in many forms, whether it be deliberately malicious or unintentional.

To protect memes of the LGBTQIA+ community, Pride Action North offers a range of training and development sessions to businesses and organisations to ensure their staff are educated about the latest topics within the LGBTQIA+ community.

How to be more inclusive – An organisation contacted us requesting a workshop specifically looking at how they could be more inclusive to members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and requested case studies of employees.

Protected Characteristics – One organisation wanted us to deliver a workshop around all the nine protected characteristics and intersectionality.
